Important changes are listed here with their date.

| Date | What changed |
|---|---|
| 2026-10-25 | Initial launch. |
| 26.10.2026 | Corrected: the 2030 band C rule is shown everywhere as confirmed government policy, not yet law, citing the GOV.UK government response of 21 January 2026 instead of commercial write-ups. Rewritten in depth: exemptions and the cost cap (today vs 2030, worked cases, how to register), how to improve a rating (measure by measure, Boiler Upgrade Scheme amounts) and the questions page. |
| 26.10.2026 | New pages: how to check your EPC rating on the official register (England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland); bands C, D, E and F/G with official statistics (share of homes, cost to reach C, fines); modelled running costs by band from the English Housing Survey. |
